Why do I wanna sleep even more when I’m sick.?

Today I’m 19 weeks pregnant and ofc carrying twins, but why do I feel like I’m getting sick and want to sleep more today.? I usually can fight my sleep and stay woke, but I feel weak like extra weak in my body

With my 1st (and it was only 1 baby !!!) I slept during a whole 3days, waking up only a very few hours to eat. It was so weird.. thankfully my colleague understood and covered for me.
But girl you just need that sleep ! You are doing so much right now just making 2 whole babies 😮 being sick just takes all the energy you got ofc you need rest !

Your body prioritizes the needs of the babies, so they’re getting dibs on all the nutrients and vitamins etc, so if you’re not getting enough from your food then it’s coming from what you already have in your body which might be why you’re feeling rundown.

Get that sleep girl! Don't fight it! Your body is making two babies you need extra rest!

How do you get your body back after C-Section, I used to have flat top round bottom, but now my belly is like bum shape but more rounded at the top, and I feel as though my stomach is not the same shape at all.. I’m don’t have motivation for the gym so I need so ideas..

Sudden severe morning sickness

Just found out I’m pregnant today, me and my partner have decided that we are not keeping it due to our current circumstances.

Today I’ve had such bad morning sickness and it’s been absolutely awful and I don’t know what to do to make myself feel better.

I’m contacting the local sexual health services on Monday but in the meantime what can I do please?

Anatomy Scan

Had my anatomy scan today 💙Everything is measuring as expected and baby boy weighs 347g already 🥜👶.A bit disappointed its a boy although the ladies here predicted boy using nub and skull theory.The scan took about 20-30 minutes. I still don't really have a bump and haven't felt any movements yet, so seeing him on the screen was reassuring.How's everyone else's bump coming along? Have you started feeling movements yet? 🤍20 weeks 3 days

Induction Fail

Had the rods inserted at 8:30pm last night, did nothing, so now having balloon inserted. Does anyone know that if that doesn’t work I can refuse to continue induction process and go home?

I’m being induced due to baby’s small size but I’m currently only 39+1!
