The 4-month sleep regression is SO real! 😭😩
My baby sleeps pretty well for the first 3–4 hours, but after that, he’s up EVERY SINGLE HOUR! 🫠 We’re exhausted and running on caffeine at this point.
Has anyone else gone through this? How did you survive it? Did anything actually help your baby sleep longer stretches?
Please share your tips, tricks, or even just tell me it gets better!

We're just powering through 😅

My baby was sleeping through the night until that four month regression. It was the worst of all of them. You just have to power through and stay positive that it’s not forever.

We don’t get an initial 3/4 hours, we are up every 2 hours all night and my little one will only sleep on me! Luckily I’ve mastered sleeping with her on me 😅

I liked ice cream when I was up in the night a lot. Not what you probably want to hear, but if you are bf, cutting back on the caffeine might actually help. It gets better!!
When did you stop night feeds, and how did you do it? My little girl is 2 and still wakes up at least 2–3 times a night for milk. It’s honestly so draining 😩 Has anyone been through the same? I’d love to hear what worked for you and how you settled them without a feed 🤍

Had a glass of wine at 7:30 instinctively fed at 10:30 without checking milk or pumping and dumping. Am I terrible or is my baby going to be fine? Also drank a lot of water in between the times and feel literally fine

Can I leave it on overnight to help her?

Hi! 👋🏼 I’m considering the Venicci Tila due to it being fairly lightweight and compact. Has anyone bought this or considering it? Would love to hear people’s views!
Thanks ☺️ x

This is a super specific question for mamas with older kiddos. At what age did you let then have free reign in the house while you showered?
My son is 11.5 months but is fully mobile. I'm usually home alone when I shower. He gets frustrated with being kept in the bathroom with me but is also too squirmy for him to shower with me (plus I don't get in a good shower). On the flip side, I'm terrified that he'll hurt himself if I let him just wander around the house alone, even with baby gates and whatnot.
What do I doooo?

Did you little ones have cmpa and if so how did you know? From googling im unsure if hes got that or just really bad silent reflux. Hes so uncomfortable drinking his formula and throws himself backwards. Hes needs to burp literally within seconds and i can hear his belly gulp straight away
