This 4 month sleep ‘regression’ almost put me off having my second child because it lasted for MONTHS, almost a year actually.
I genuinely don’t think I could have a third now because I forgot how bad it actually is, it’s sent me into depression due to lack of sleep and dealing with a toddler AND breastfeeding. How long can I cope, so depressing.

I’m in the same boat. However, finding it even harder than my first as he would sleep through from about 8 weeks even though he was breastfed. I get about 2/3 hour stretches of sleep on a good day with my second. I’ve just had to rock him to sleep for 30 minutes and hoping he’ll sleep until morning.
I’ve even spoken to the doctors about my mental health this time around as just really struggling, especially with a toddler to handle too!

It was the same for us every two hours from 4-12 months until night weaned I’m only on week one of it with my second I nearly didn’t breast feed for this reason I keep telling myself every baby is different and some learn to link sleep cycle even breast fed. I also have a friend who bottle feeds and baby is a terrible sleeper so I think every baby is different can your partner help at all? As you need sleep to be able to look after a toddle my partner is keeping baby downstairs so I can gets a stretch otherwise I’d collapse

I only have one baby and it's been so so difficult. I'm a teary exhausted mess, can't imagine how you are all getting through it with another child!
When did you stop night feeds, and how did you do it? My little girl is 2 and still wakes up at least 2–3 times a night for milk. It’s honestly so draining 😩 Has anyone been through the same? I’d love to hear what worked for you and how you settled them without a feed 🤍

Had a glass of wine at 7:30 instinctively fed at 10:30 without checking milk or pumping and dumping. Am I terrible or is my baby going to be fine? Also drank a lot of water in between the times and feel literally fine

Did you little ones have cmpa and if so how did you know? From googling im unsure if hes got that or just really bad silent reflux. Hes so uncomfortable drinking his formula and throws himself backwards. Hes needs to burp literally within seconds and i can hear his belly gulp straight away

Can I leave it on overnight to help her?

Hi! 👋🏼 I’m considering the Venicci Tila due to it being fairly lightweight and compact. Has anyone bought this or considering it? Would love to hear people’s views!
Thanks ☺️ x

The 4-month sleep regression is SO real! 😭😩
My baby sleeps pretty well for the first 3–4 hours, but after that, he’s up EVERY SINGLE HOUR! 🫠 We’re exhausted and running on caffeine at this point.
Has anyone else gone through this? How did you survive it? Did anything actually help your baby sleep longer stretches?
Please share your tips, tricks, or even just tell me it gets better!
