six weeks is so early. even if the pregnancy hadn't held, the hormones don't suddenly vanish so neither would your symptoms. it can be totally normal.

Symptoms can fluctuate one day extremely sick the next feel fine and pregnancy be progressing but also if the pregnancy hasn’t progressed, please don’t just take peoples words that “symptoms don’t suddenly disappear” because every body is different!

if you’re concerned at all then the best thing to do is contact your early pregnancy unit. Perhaps take a home test to ensure your lines are still strong if you’re worried contact them for their advice and go from there!
