Honestly the only thing that got my little boy flipped was when I went swimming, just float around for awhile and he flipped, also walking, Ik it’s cliche to say but a day I went swimming and shopping he turned xx

I am the same. So uncomfortable. I’ve tried laying in the bath face down ass up relaxing my belly. And the pelvic tilts you can find online for breech, going to have baby moved on Wednesday x

I’ve read that any upright forward and open (UFO) position helps! Also bouncing and rolling your hips on a yoga ball/birthing ball if you have one xx

Find a doula or a midwife who knows rebozo massage! Usually it works! And if not, you become relaxed and it feels good ❤️ Also try spinning babies
Is it bad I don’t wanna do a birthday party for my daughter turning a year old this December. Rn we are having financial difficulties, bills are being paid but we have no extra money for fun things(just bills, clothes(if needed) food), a family member of mine made a fault dss report about my child. And I just feel like we aren’t just in the right head space for it. I want her to get gift from family members but we don’t have the money to rent out a place (it will be cold, so it will have to be inside) find a place that will have a fun indoor space for other kids and provide food for other people or even decorations. I feel like a horrible mom 😭

I’m about 6 weeks pregnant and all the symptoms I’ve been having (morning sickness, food aversions etc) have all suddenly stopped. Should I be worried or is that pretty normal?

I am currently 28 weeks and this will be my first baby.
Any help on what to put in my hospital bag would be great!
Thanks
