Advice…sorry it’s long

I am looking for some advice or to know I’m not alone with anyone in a similar situation.

My baby is almost 1 and has always been a not so great sleeper, the only time he slept through the night was after his 16 weeks jabs.

We’re at a point now where we co-sleep after his 1st wake up in his cot because if he settles and go back in his cot, he will be up at 5am although we haven’t tried this recently whereas in bed he will stir and wake at that time but he’ll go back to sleep until maybe 7:00-7:45.

He also usually wakes up crying and we have to walk around with him to calm down.

He is waking in the night and can be awake anywhere between 45 mins - 1hr, just laid talking away, grabbing me etc, this happens almost every night.

How can I get him to not wake at the crack of dawn in his cot and move away from co-sleeping and get rid of these split nights?

I’m back at work too so when he’s waking early morning, he can go back to sleep but I’m working long days so I’m just exhausted.

What time does he go down for bed? And how much daytime sleep is he having? Split nights are the worst, but it might be his wake windows or that he is sleeping too much during the day.

The best thing to do would be to track his sleep so you know his sleep needs. Then you’ll know how much sleep he will need in 24 hours. I’ve included a post which explains how to do it.
The average sleep needs for 4month-1 year is 12-15 hours but drops to 11-14 around age 1.

Most babies on average can only do 10-11 hours over night. Especially whilst they have a nap still in the day 🥰

Feeding from bottle (my breast milk)

I have a 13 day old and I have been able to make enough Milk to feed my baby. Im a first time mom, so i dont know alot about babies and I have a lack of exposure to them growing up.
I currently have the philips Avant natural bottle with the super slow nipple (size 1). I noticed that my daughter takes very little volume (varies from 10 to 50 ml max per feed). My health care provider told me we should feed her atleast 70 ml per feed now, because she is lagging behind her target weight.

We already adjusted the house temp to 21 to 23 celsius and consistently feed her during her window. Is there something i should try? Help! Photo for easier tracking 😀

Front Sleeping

Does anyone else put baby on front to sleep? I don’t need comments telling me the guidance, I know it but baby is suffering with reflux, much happier on their front, 4 months old and can roll both ways but doesn’t roll in the night, just wakes up screaming.
Has anyone with a baby who rolls ever put them down on their front or been advised to due to similar issues?

Teething products

I think my 4 month old may start teething soon as he’s dribbling and putting everything to his mouth. What are the best teething products to use?
