Hi! Just found out I'm about 4 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I'll be 32 in December. Any tips for pregnancy in your 30s? I've heard pregnancy and childbirth are more difficult in your 30s, especially if it's your first.

Firstly congratulations 🎊. Im 38 and on my 2nd. My first i was 21, the only difference is im more clued up on life. I do have health problems but had those before I became pregnant. My inbox is always open xx

I had my first at 34. I had a pretty easy pregnancy that I enjoyed. I did go to the chiropractor regularly starting in my second trimester.

I was 34 with my first and had a relatively normal pregnancy. Baby was bigger so I had a c section but that wasn’t due to age. Honestly I’m so thankful I waited! I feel like a far more confident mom.

I had my first at 33 and it was a breeze. He was 9.5lbs and never even felt him. Never had nausea, no heartburn, no insomnia, no discomfort, nothing. If it wasn’t for a missed period and getting bigger (though I technically lost weight and was lighter than my pre-pregnancy weight when I gave birth), I wouldn’t have known I was pregnant haha.

I was 30 with my first and it went well!! Don’t worry too much! Good luck

Im 37 and pregnant with my first feeling very old and anxious.

Not really. Many women are most fertile in there 30s. I was 35 when I gave birth and may want a second around age 41-45 years old I don’t know but age isn’t a factor for me. I think it’s just this statistic and it may be harder to chase around a toddler the older we get, otherwise I don’t see anything different except usually people are more capable and responsible in their 30s statistically where I live, so it’s better except the grandparents are older and passing away.

I had my first at 38

I had my first at 31 and my second at 34. I didn’t have babies in my 20s so I can’t compare but overall my experience wasn’t too bad. 3rd trimester was difficult. But my second time giving birth was actually a breeze.

Had my first at 36 and had zero issues! It was a healthy pregnancy and delivery 🙏🏽 tips: prioritize yourself & your peace !

I was 30 with my first, 31 with my second and currently 37 with my third. All pregnancies seems pretty similar-- keep your body moving, smaller meals/larger snacks vs heavy meals help keep you from hitting a food coma and avoid people/situations that chronically keep you overwhelmed and stressed ☺️ congratulations!

How did everyone prepare for their glucose test? I’ve got mine on Thursday and I’ve heard about how horrific it can be so I’m honestly really nervous and dreading it 😣

Hello! First time poster here.
My baby girl turns 1 this Sunday and she's still not crawling. She runs around in her walker and scooches around during tummy time, but watching all the social media videos I feel like I haven't done enough for her.
Her baby sister due in February. She was originally due in January until the ultrasound showed she was too little for January. Same thing happened with my other babies, but this time I'm not showing as much as my previous pregnancies. I'm only 5 foot and feel her doing summersaults everyday, but it still makes me nervous at 22 weeks.
I keep reminding myself that every child and every pregnancy is different, but I'm so scared that I'm failing my little girls.
Any other mamas find themselves feeling this way?

Is anyone having another baby soon and/or have already had another baby since having July baby? I’m having a c-section Wednesday and yall… obviously I’m terrified and feeling all the feels for the hospital stay and the c-section and leaving my girl - but I’m having the most overwhelming sadness that my girl is not gonna be my little baby anymore she’s gonna be the big sister and I’m NOT okay about it. Anyone else feel that way??? HOW DO I STOP CRYING 😂 Just wanted to have some people that are going through or have felt that before 😂
