Question

I don’t have this phobia but are you afraid of getting any cold or certain ones? With kids everyone gets sick annually as their immune systems develop typically from the time they are 3/4 years old and onward. I am lucky if I only catch a cold 3-5 times a year with a five year old.

Firstly, not every woman experiences morning sickness. I certainly didn’t.

Secondly, you can ask your GP for anti-sickness pills - but you would need to be feeling nauseous in the first place for those to be prescribed.

I also fear vomiting but didn’t vomit until the end of my pregnancy ironically - i recommend pregnancy drops they have nice flavors that helped my nausea and food aversions in the first trimester. Staying hydrated and keeping peppermint oil or peppermint gum nearby to inhale or chew on
