Today at 10 weeks I found out I am having a MM or silent one. I would like to know some other ladies opinions. Should I try to wait and let it pass naturally? Should I do the medication? or should I do the D&C procedure?
I honestly feel scared of the procedure and I feel like it's invasive, and don't like the possible risks. I also am scared if the medication makes the pain worse, but I also don't like the unpredictability of when it will happen. If I can take pain meds before I might be okay with the medication.
I am hoping some ladies here can help me decide. I am struggling already with the loss, so this decision is also weighing on me heavily.

Firstly, I’m sorry. I’ve been here a few times and it never gets easier.
Have you given birth before? Do you know how big baby is? If baby is measuring more than 8 weeks or if this is your first, I would do the D&C. My first loss was 8.5 weeks big (I was 13.5 weeks along) and it was painful. Contractions. Etc. Seeing baby with black eyes, 10 fingers and toes also broke me.
Miscarrying at home when baby is 6 weeks in size was much easier.
The other thing to consider would be if you wanted to try right away or wait. I believe you need to wait longer after a D&C but I could be wrong. I always miscarried before I got a surgery date.
If you wait naturally, it could take 4-6 weeks. Depending on your body, hormones, etc. I was told natural is always preferred as it usually gets rid of all tissues the first time. But they also don’t want baby hanging in there for too long and causing infection, etc.

In my past miscarriages I’ve waited for the same reasons you said. I found I tend to start bleeding like a period for about a day before the worst of it starts so I just wear a pad and then when it starts I know I might need to take the next day off (highly recommend taking a few days off if you can) that being said I have no idea if that’s how it will go for you. I used misoprostol once when I had retained products and had been bleeding for 7 weeks. The misoprostol itself didn’t cause much discomfort at all. I almost thought it didn’t do anything but it must have finally gotten the last bit out because I finally stopped bleeding a couple days later. So maybe it’s the miscarriage itself that’s painful. I’d try it again
HELP!! Not sure if its negative or not

Hello :). How accurate are these tests? I am, hopefully not, having my period Thursday. I did these ClearBlue tests (one Saturday & one Monday) these were results. I also did a different brand on Monday. . And there’s this faint line (I’ll attach in comments) & I just did another pink Walgreens (I know, I’m antsy and can’t wait till Thursday) and another faint line. . We had a chemical pregnancy on our honeymoon, end of August. Could this be?!? Am I being too hopeful?

After recurrent losses my fertility doctor has prescribed vaginal progesterone pessaries to be administered morning and night three days after ovulation. Has any of you tried this and do you think it helped you sustain a pregnancy long enough to get a positive test? Did you start taking it 3 days after ovulation as well or did you wait for a BBT spike, or was it some other timeline? Any insights or advice would be much appreciated since I am desperate for this to work. Thank you

Has anyone started to unbox things and put them together?
Pram/Car Seat/ Bottles etc
If not when are you planning to? I’m due Christmas Day and still working full time. I’m worried I’m going to be so busy in a few weeks time but also don’t want anything gathering dust. I’m also very type A so itching to get it all done and ticked off!

So ladies i have a question no judgement please because i am very not understanding this right now.
So i am 15wks 5days i saw my ob last week and did a pap for this year since i am over due for one, i tested positive for chlamydia 🙃 but what i am not understanding here is so on August 10 i went somewhere to do the pregnancy confirmation for insurance. And they tested my pee as well for all the sti and that test came back negative. But today i got a call from my OB saying i tested positive for it. I haven’t slept with anyone in years and typically would wear protection even if i did have a different partner. My current partner I’ve been with for a while(since our first born)6-7yrs, but now he needs to go get tested- he said he had it in the past years ago before we ever met and he treated it etc. well what i don’t get is how do i suddenly go from negative to positive on something. Yes obviously it means someone’s lying, but i am just shocked because I’ve gone my entire life without ever getting anything especially now that i am pregnant with our second child.
