I need help asap 😭😭

My husband usually sleeps downstairs on the couch as he prefers the tv on when he sleeps, he also says I snore a lot.. Recently I think it’s affecting our relationship so he comes up stairs sometimes and sleeps in bed. My 7 month old sleeps the next to me cot or we co sleep if she’s fussy ( which is often)
When my husband sleeps in bed he snores sooooooooo much and so loud I can’t sleep and my baby also finds it hard to go back to sleep when she wakes for a feed.
I don’t know what to do to keep my relationship good ( just isn’t about intamancy just being able to lay net to each other)
I might cry literally he’s snoring now and I can’t sleep thankfully my baby is as I’ve got her next to me.

Get your husband to do a sleep study. They make recommend a CPAP machine for him. Better for everyone to have his sleep looked at.

My parents have slept in separate rooms for years. My moms is decorated in butterflies. Literally because my dad snores like a freight train.

Have you tried using sleep sounds to drown it out?

What’s everyone’s opinions with partners not helping in the night because they’re working?

Currently tripple feeding because of baby’s weight, had on going issues with this for months now. It’s draining & It would be really nice to have some help.

I give the breast, then pump and give a bottle of breast milk, then wind her, the change her nappy, then a bottle of formula, then wind her again, then I try to leave her sitting up for as long as possible so she doesn’t get a bad tummy/allow her a chance to poop (she’s never been able to poop laying down for some reason) & then try to settle her & rock her back to sleep (that’s if she doesn’t need her nappy changing again)….The whole process can take me HOURS.

We have had quite a difficult baby from the start. From about 6 weeks old her wake windows were 5-8 hours long and when she does sleep, it’s only 1-2 hours. She doesn’t give me long stretches. I’ve noticed in her baby classes, a lot of people’s babies accidentally fall asleep…my baby has never done that. It takes me like an hour of rocking and patting her. My mum also said when we were babies she could put us down on the play mat and we’d just fall asleep. My girl just is not like that. So after ALL of the feeding…getting her to sleep is a mission. She’s always so wide awake and alert, I’ve tried everything. The only thing that seems to work is her sling. So I use this during the day time but obviously not at night.

My partner wakes up at about 5am for work.
I end up staying awake from that time too to be honest because most of the time baby won’t go back to sleep. I also have early morning appointments to attend etc. Obviously due to baby not sleeping well I can’t just ā€œsleep when the baby sleepsā€ during the day. I can’t lay down and sleep when she’s in the sling. And if I get her out of the sling she wakes up. I don’t think my partner understands.

I’ve asked him for help endlessly and explained that I’m barely sleeping & he always says ā€œyeah that’s the way it should be because you’re off work & im notā€.

If I had a straight forward baby that I could breastfeed for 20-30 mins then go straight back to sleep then I wouldn’t mind.

This situation makes me want to be one & DONE. He talks about having another baby one day and I’d love to, but all I can think about is how easy he has it yet all he does is complain. But I can’t say anything because he always seems to have it worse than me just because he’s working. Although this man gets long lunch breaks, is home by 3pm, naps in the afternoon/evenings because yet again I always have baby. He doesn’t have the baby when he’s home. He gets many breaks and many sleeps. I don’t.

But I’m in the wrong if I ask for help and now I kinda don’t want it because he says that’s the way it should be. So if he does help now I’ll just feel guilty and feel wrong.

Sleeping

My 7 month old baby girl likes to sleep at the top of the cot on her belly with bum in the air which is not an issue. However, she keeps banging her head on the board when she’s moving in her sleep. Has anyone had this issue and knows if there are any bumpers or anything that we can put in the cot to prevent her getting hurt?
We have had a look on Amazon but can’t seem to find anything.

I’ve attached a picture of how she sleeps.

Thank you!

Does anybody use elecare formula?

Wondering if it works for babys with acid reflex or if it's just like nutrigamigen just smaller proteins?
