Month to go! & having low pelvic bone pains & soreness?

With my first, I remember about 39 weeks my pelvis felt like it was splitting. Sitting in chairs hurt, walking hurt, I was constantly uncomfy unless I was laying down with about a thousand pillows. I stayed pregnant until baby got an eviction notice when I was 41 weeks, 3 days 😅 From my personal experience, baby might be dropping but since it’s your first, I don’t think that means it’s baby time super soon!

For me, Braxton Hicks felt like my belly was tight but not painful. Does the pain feel shooting ever? Could be round ligament pain or lightening crotch

I remember some weird pelvic pain like this closer towards the end with my first as well…
I was given the option of getting a shot near my private area (defo didn’t choose this), walking with crutches (not this one either) or buying a belly belt…
I think I spent too much time researching that my babe came out right before I was about to buy. I can’t personally say if it would have helped me in my situation, but I heard it was helpful for some that were in the same situation.
My pain was so uncomfortable. It hurt my pelvic/groin area everytime I tried to roll out of bed or get up from a sitting position and most of the time when I was walking, I could feel some shooting pain in the lower region. My Braxton pain were more in my lower back area and I remember trying to get relief from a hot shower…this helped but only if I remained in the shower under the water 🥴

Anywhooo, yes, all in all, maybe try a belly belt? 🤷🏻‍♀️
