Iβve been wondering the same thing π€

I done one I think was Β£40 or Β£60 maybe for the bloods and they was all right the 3 I done x x

a colleague did it but it was wrong πͺ it said girl but baby was a boy xx

I think the bloods are more accurate as there not looking on a scan there going by your xy or xx in your bloods from the baby x x
Hi, I am 37 yo currently 25 weeks pregnant post a first trimester loss earlier this year. I have a BMI over 30 and am currently an inpatient at hospital for unexplained pain. We are hoping I can be discharged from hospital in a week although itβs likely I will be signed off work for the remainder of the pregnancy.
My placenta is completely on top of my cervix which is causing a lot of pressure. Whilst there is still a chance it may move, the dr has said it is unlikely that my placenta will have moved enough to give 2cm clearance from the cervix so a c section is likely.
I am curious about the timing of the planned section from others experiences? Iβve been told 37+ weeks by the sonographer, 36 by one midwife, 34 weeks by another midwife and as close to due date as possible by another so Iβm pretty confused! Help please! X

Anyone turned down the Glucose test?
Midwife booked me in for a Glucose test without talking about it with us first or letting us know we needed none. Letter says I need to be in the hospital waiting room for 3 hours between the test so I'll need to take the whole morning off work for it. Plus so will a family member as I'm awful with needles (passing out with panic attacks). Wondering if anyone has turned it down before, or know what the nhs's criteria is for offering jt? Neither of my sisters got offered the test when they were pregnant

Anyone else really emotional about there baby being 1? Iβm pregnant with my second and I donβt know if itβs the hormones but I canβt help but cry at the thought sheβs growing up π. I miss being pregnant for the first time and having the feeling of holding your first newborn π₯² like to think il never get that back hurts my heart π Iβd love to do it all over again for the first time ( definitely doesnβt feel as surreal second time around).
