Hey ladies! Iām currently 18 weeks (19 tomorrow) and Iāve been feeling baby boy tickling me for the last couple of weeks. I now think I am feeling him kicking me. I am just guessing that is whatās happening but I canāt even seem to catch him doing it! Anyone had this previously and has some advice with seeing baby kick? My FiancĆ© is desperate to see it and feel it but I have told him to be patient lol

With my first I couldnāt see kicks visually until about 21-22 weeks and I had to look super close lol. I have an anterior placenta this time around so expecting it to be even later this time š
My son refused to wait for his November due date lol. Literally pushed him out only 7cm dilated this morning š

I know emergency C-sections are quite common, but has anyone here chosen to have an elective, planned C-section? What was your experience? No judgements and rude comments please. This is a sensitive subject. Iām 30 weeks pregnant with my first baby and Iām considering having a planned C-section. Because Iām 41 and suffer from anxiety, Iām worried about the unpredictability of trying to give birth naturally at my age with the possibility of needing an emergency C-section in the end. I know itās a major surgery that comes with a lot of risks, but it seems so much more controlled when planned in advance, which I find comforting.

My son loves her so much. She just like Mrs. Rachel but she African American! He shows the same interest as he does Mrs. Mrs . Rachel

I canāt wait to get pregnant again, but has anyone gotten pregnant shortly after having a c section? The midwife told me to wait 2 years before I get pregnant again, however, that means Iād be 44 and Iām worried it might be a risky pregnancy.

Iāve really let my self go this pregnancy- now to give my self some leeway, this pregnancy has been 10x harder on me than my first (I swear my first pregnancy was so easy, no problems, no cravings other than protein and was able to work out through out it).
This pregnancy food aversion are huge and the only thing I ever want to eat are carbs. Iām so tired all the time like to the point where I have taken naps ( literally my entire life Iāve not been a nap person, only naps Iāve taken as an adult came on cause of medication making me sleepy- this includes my previous pregnancy) I have horrible sciatic pain that comes and goes constantly and itās sometimes so bad it I canāt walk . Iāve been having false labor since around 34 weeks.
With all of that I donāt have the energy to get ready EVER, Iāve gain about 3lbs over my max I should have gained and I still have 3 weeks until my due date, I stopped stretching and any light work outs. I even stopped hitting my step goal š¤¦āāļø.
Itās a little to late but Iām forcing myself to go on walks every afternoon now, and stretch for atleast 30 minutes a day(given Iām not in immense pain)
I just feel so disappointed in my self, my muscle is basically non existent now and all I want to do is to tell my self to get tf up and work out but I know once I give birth Iām going to have to take at least 6 weeks before I can fully start working out again. I already have my postpartum work outs planned out until January 1, 2028 but I just feel so bad about myself cause I let myself get like this. Any ways just needed to complain thank you for reading my ted talk
