Pain in lower abdomen

Is anyone experiencing similar… I’m getting a dull constant ache in my lower stomach, under my bump/in a similar position to where my c section scar is (although I don’t think it had anything to do with that)

It comes on when I stand up or walk around. I thought it could be round ligament paint however I’m pretty sure that’s more shooting and stabbing pains where this is a dull ache. I didn’t have this with my first pregnancy so it’s left me abit confused.

I have a midwife appt tomorrow so I’ll mention it then but wondered if anyone else has the same?!

(I also have a 14 month and wondered if it could be to do with picking her up etc)

I had similar the other day and felt really concerned like I should be going to see someone to check everything out but I tried thinking of everything it could be. I noticed I hadn’t had bowel movement for a couple of days and after that, it disappeared. Just something to consider if you hadn’t already girl 🫶

I spoke to the hospital on the phone and they said any cramping / lower pain is normal as long as it’s not excruciating and there’s no blood.

I hope this reassures you slightly before your midwife appointment tomorrow ♥️

I noticed this on the side where they closed up fully on my section scar. Ive also since had a private uss and baby is sat super lower curcled up in a ball there so i think its that. When I cough I do get that sharp tightening over it so I just place my hand there to help with that.

Mention it to the midwife but I think it could be normal :)

I have also had this, on my right side. I first got it the other Monday and it really knocked me sick my whole body went hot and my partner said I had gone really pale, it felt like a really sharp intense period pain, but I got up and walked around and it did ease up and just went. Then I got it again the week later on the Sunday - the sensation only lasts 5 mins or so but was still really worrying at the time.
I put it down to the fact that I’m active on the weekends because it’s been a Sunday/ Monday when I’ve got it and same I have 3.5 year old so I think i must be over doing it on the weekends… but it’s hard to just rest anyway but especially with a toddler 🤣

I hope it eases up for you xx

I have this all on my lower stomach like the pain of the baby being on your bladder but now it’s like consent. I did go to the hospital to get checked out and everything fine so maybe baby is just stubborn xx

My son refused to wait for his November due date lol. Literally pushed him out only 7cm dilated this morning 😅

Elective C-Section

I know emergency C-sections are quite common, but has anyone here chosen to have an elective, planned C-section? What was your experience? No judgements and rude comments please. This is a sensitive subject. I’m 30 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I’m considering having a planned C-section. Because I’m 41 and suffer from anxiety, I’m worried about the unpredictability of trying to give birth naturally at my age with the possibility of needing an emergency C-section in the end. I know it’s a major surgery that comes with a lot of risks, but it seems so much more controlled when planned in advance, which I find comforting.

Mrs. Zoey

My son loves her so much. She just like Mrs. Rachel but she African American! He shows the same interest as he does Mrs. Mrs . Rachel

Pregnancy after c section

I can’t wait to get pregnant again, but has anyone gotten pregnant shortly after having a c section? The midwife told me to wait 2 years before I get pregnant again, however, that means I’d be 44 and I’m worried it might be a risky pregnancy.

Movements & Kicks! 🩵

Hey ladies! I’m currently 18 weeks (19 tomorrow) and I’ve been feeling baby boy tickling me for the last couple of weeks. I now think I am feeling him kicking me. I am just guessing that is what’s happening but I can’t even seem to catch him doing it! Anyone had this previously and has some advice with seeing baby kick? My Fiancé is desperate to see it and feel it but I have told him to be patient lol
