Hey my love, me personally I would wait till I get my period. I’m 2 months postpartum and still don’t have my period but I’m also not doing a contraceptive so I know it’s very risky on my behalf😂🥹 My mom, did that contraceptive though, and she said it was perfectly fine with her.

It can take a while to get your period post stopping breastfeeding even tho u don’t breastfeed milk is still in ur breast which is the miracle of a woman’s body u can actually through frequent stimulation create milk again. However i personally wouldn’t recommend the coil after seeing one of my friends get the coil all was fine until she got her first period whilst on the coil she was in excruciating pain worse than normal period pain she couldn’t stand at one point she had to be rushed to A&E to get it removed

Me personally i would not go back on contraception just because i want my body back but i would recommend getting the implant in your arm as it’s less invasive and you can feel it in your arm so u have ur mind at ease rather than having something inside you uterus
