I’m 10 weeks post partum and my period has arrived this morning. Before getting pregnant I had been off contraception for almost 2 years and had just been tracking cycles until we started trying (it took us 6 months to conceive) when I came off contraception my back was really bad with acne.
I always thought I would just stay off contraception and track cycles but now my period is here I’m considering going on contraception again. We know we want another baby but we’re hoping for around a 4 year age gap.
Anyone have any advice on their experience of contraception after birth? When on contraception I only ever had the pill or the patch. I do get bad period pains and have enjoyed not having a period for almost a year 😂

I had the coil before pregnancy, never had a period with it, I'm on the waiting list to have it again x
I haven't gone back on contraception in favour of tracking my cycles. But it took us 2 years to conceive after coming off contraception. Post birth and I'm now 2 years pp my periods have been so much better, less pain, lighter period and more regular than they ever were pre contraception xxx
I’ve conceived first time with both my girls and they have a 3.5 year age gap and I’ve not been on contraception since before my first, just tracked cycles x

Maternity leave
Has anyone decided when you will start maternity leave? I’m leaning towards starting as early as possible which would be at 29 weeks, would love to have time to fully prepare for baby and also have time to relax and take time for myself before not having much free time for a very long time

Husband Checked Fantasy Football After Being Intimate
My husband and I had sex on Monday … It’s a very rare occurrence these days (as most Moms can understand). We both showered together and I took a little longer. When I got to bed, he was on his phone … looking at fantasy football. Should I be upset about this? Because I felt a little hurt.

When they don't respond just block them
It's funny, I reply but when I send out a message you don't respond. It's annoying when it shows that you're online. In my opinion, that deliberately shows that you are not interested in connecting and I'm just going to block you why waste our time
