Daycare teacher no kids my own yet - but good bedtime routine - start getting bath 🛀 7:30-8:00 ish- then like 8:15-8:30 read book 📖- YouTube Videos what ever you do before bed - in bed by 9- an try be asleep 😴 9:30-9:40 - kids don’t know time ( clock ⏰) so time shouldn’t be forced.

The later you put them down the more they’ll sleep all night.

She is asleep by 19.30 and we start our routine around 18.45. 😊 ( no more naps and she sleeps through )

7 o'clock. Evening routine starts at 5 with dinner. Dessert at 6. Bath at half 6 and in bed at 7.

Bathtime 7:15, in her room and reading books by 8pm, lights out 8:30 & she’s usually asleep by 9.

7pm
Routine starts at 6.55pm lol. Brush her teeth, pjs, book and bed xx

Asleep by 8pm latest, up to bed at 7pm to brush teeth and read books etc, in bed by 7:30am, still naps from approx 12:30pm-2:30pm

My LO is 2 and bedtime is anywhere between 8-830 (occasional 9 if it's a busy day). Start bedtime routine 45 mins before bed. Brush teeth/bath/read some books/say our good nights.

Tried 7.30pm but wouldn’t sleep so changed to 8pm. Still seems late as nieces were in bed at 6.30pm. Nap is 1 hour 45 mins at nursery but I will let him sleep longer at home if he’s tired. Always had low sleep needs from a young baby like his dad.
Hi! I got this bathtub for my two month old off Amazon and recently it's been leaving like this rust looking marks behind on the insert for it. What is it and what bathtub would you recommend? More pics of it in the comments

Am I the only one that has anxiety when left at home all day with my 3 month old when my other half is in the office? He wfh 3 days a week, and my anxiety is minimal when he is home. I constantly find myself watching videos on how to do CPR or what to do when he chokes on something now that he has the ability to hold things albeit still learning and im not leaving anything within reach of him swallowing anything he shouldn't. Is it because its right bang in the middle for potential of SIDS and will the anxiety ease up as he gets closer to the age of 1? Anyone else feeling the same?

I am a first-time mum with a nearly a week old baby girl we found out two weeks but she had colic and silent reflux!
Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, how are you coping? What are we doing? As we have done everything you could think that we’ve also been told to do😢

My son is 5 in February, and currently still in night time nappies. He's been out of day nappies since he was 3 and a bit. Still an occasional accident or "forgetting" he needs to go, but 9/10 he's there no problem.
He takes himself to the loo when he wakes up in the morning usually - but then puts the old nappy back on 🙈 I had hoped to be able to try no night time nappies before he went to school in September, but with our second born arriving mid September it just didn't work out. And in any case, his night time nappy is still soaked every morning, there's no way I could take the nappy away yet.
My mom and MIL keep going on that we were out of nappies fully by 3 - but I just can't see how to get there!!
What's everyone else doing?!

I got my 5 month old weighed the other day and she has only put 1lb 4oz on between 30/07 and 13/10. My health visitor keeps dismissing me and telling me not to worry as she "was never a big girl anyway" (she was born 29 May at 8.5lbs/81st centile, and has dropped to the 5th centile at 11lb15oz?!)
She's always had long and frequent feeds, which because I know no different I didn't think was odd, obviously slow weight gain, I maybe have a slight lipstick nipple when she unlatches, and occasionally she pulls off frustrated and then latches back on. No other symptoms that I have picked up on, and all the midwives told me she had a good latch and was feeding well, so it's not even occurred to me until her new weigh in that there may be something wrong!
My question is, is there anything other symptoms I need to look out for? Did anyone's baby turn out to have tongue tie with similar/less symptoms than usual (no pain etc)
How hard was it to get help?
My GP has also said that tongue tie is so over diagnosed these days, so I am wanting to go in with ammo if I need it😅
