I’ve had 1 natural birth and ended up with a grade 2/3 vaginal prolapse. They won’t operate due to my age and severity and pessaries either fall out, don’t help or are too painful to insert (cube). I feel really sad about it and now we are in the season where everyone is getting sick it’s getting worse by the day and there is nothing I can do about it. I obviously don’t want to have sex either because it hurts and I’m embarrassed. Does anyone have any advice on things to help in any way? Super embarrassing and really getting me down now

Hi, it’s really tough when you first find out about it. I did physio and I think things are getting better, less symptoms. You do have to commit to life long physio, if you can afford it invest in a private pelvic floor physio even just for a couple of sessions as I find they are more thorough than NHS. There’s also this app called EMP that has prolapse safe workouts. I don’t have any experience with pessaries so not sure about that. How many months postpartum are you? If things are still healing there’s a chance it will naturally get better. Breastfeeding can also delay recovery. Xx

I'm sorry that you're experiencing this & that I've not got any advice.
Is it really just because of your age that they won't operate? I find that to be a terrible reason to not operate on you! It absolutely disgusts me that the younger you are (presuming that you're younger than me) that the less treatment that the NHS are willing to give women. Are you able to go private for treatment?
I am starting to have upper back pain from breast feeding any moms have any recommendations for me. My babygirl is 5 months

Hey there, I have a pretty embarassing question: how do you manage to have sex? 😅
I'm a FTM of an 8 months old and her sleep is really restless. We do not have any family living nearby to take her on a walk to get some time alone.
Any suggestions are highly appreciated :D

I'm SOO worried. I am exclusively breastfeeding my son who will be 6 weeks old on Saturday. He feeds every 3 hours usually (I set an alarm through the day and night but also feed whenever he shows hunger cues).
My phone died in the night and my alarm didn't go off and he's gone 7 hours without a feed. He woke and fed normally for half an hour but I'm worrying. He's never been that long without a feed before.
I contacted my maternity ward and she didn't seem worried but I'm wondering now whether I need to feed every 2 hours instead of 3 to ensure he has enough feeds in 24 hours.
Sorry for the LONGGGGG post!

My little boy is nearly 6 months old and has been a really good sleeper up until around 6 weeks ago. He used to sleep through the night, usually from 9pm until 7am, but now he’s waking up so frequently!
He won’t settle to sleep unless he’s lying on me, and the only place he seems to properly settle is in my bed rather than his next to me crib. 🥺
I’ve just started weaning him too, so I’m wondering if that could be playing a part.
Has anyone else been through this? What helped get your little one’s sleep back on track? Are there any routines, bedtime tips or things that worked for you?
I know sleep changes are normal, but I’m really struggling with the broken nights and would love to hear what’s worked for other mums. ❤️

Hi, I want to get a play kitchen for my little boy. I wondered if anyone has one for a little boy and can let me know which brand to go for! I didn’t realise how difficult it would be.. or maybe I’m being fussy lol! I wanted to go for a robud play kitchen but it’s got such bad reviews!
