Anyone had any success establishing a routine with their little one and getting decent amount of sleep? My baby is 4 weeks and has gotten worse at being able to sleep for long stretches, cries during most wake windows unless held and rocked and only sleeps on the bed with us, hates the cot. Any techniques, tools or methods work for anyone?

I am in the same boat as you, my baby will be 5 weeks tmrw and really struggling to keep him asleep

They’re way too young for any sort of routine I’m afraid. This is peak trenches and normal newborn behaviour. My baby is five weeks and I did find week 4 he was being extra fussy and sleep was terrible, just the last few days it’s improved again.
If you have a partner, best thing is to try and do shifts with them, so you each have the baby for a few hours so the other is guaranteed some sleep

My little one is 5 weeks. I feed on demand but my evening routine is dont let him nap after 6 (so i try to get him to nap at around 4 so he wakes up before 6). Then between 7 and 8 ill bath, feed then put him to bed he will fall asleep anywhere around 9. Sleeps till 2ish has a quick feed then back to sleep until 6ish.

Babywearing, taking shifts with your partner during the nights, doing chores with them awake or in the carrier so that you have some time to rest or for yourself when they do sleep. With our first we were able to have a little bit of routine after about 12 weeks. I EBF so my husband would bring the baby when he couldn’t settle them and take them with him again afterwards so I could sleep more :)

I didn't have a routine with my first until about 4 months after the dreaded regression! My little girl is 6 weeks and is definitely getting fussier but I know it is just a phase and normal behaviour for this age xx

Give her a bath late, then feed her to sleep. That works for me 6 weeks old girl
Hi everyone this is a bit out of my comfort zone so please be kind! My little boy has speech delay and we are waiting for speech therapy. If there is anyone else whose child also has speech delay it would be really nice to chat and meet other Mums who are going through the same thing ☺️

Hi everyone! I’m 2 months postpartum and trying to increase my milk supply. Currently, I’m getting only around 10 ml combined from both breasts when pumping. I’d love advice on pumping frequency, session duration, pump settings, flange sizes and power pumping. Has anyone successfully increased their supply at this stage? Any tips or personal experiences would be appreciated! ❤️

I have a 5 month old, he’s keeps weeing through his nappy especially of a night! Doesn’t happen all the time, but when it does it’s strangely on his back left. Family have said it could be from his Willy being up when putting the nappy on but I make sure to check this everytime. Any advice please 🩵

Baby is having sleep regression, teething, eczema. I breastfeed her but she keeps biting and pinching scratching my body
I don’t mean to complain but why is it so difficult.
