go to your GP i split my wound and the nurses there took great care of me :) x

As much as you have a lot to do. You need to prioritise your recovery. You’ve had major surgery. Give yourself grace and take your time as much as you can.
In terms of your wound - be aware of signs of infection e.g. foul smell, oozing, pain, swelling, tenderness. Any temperature or feeling feverish etc.
keep on top of your pain relief medication even if you feel ok especially these early days.

If you are too sore contact your Obgyn and schedule an appointment. I would prioritize your healing and health.

Dang i’m 2 weeks post c section and i’m also doing too much bc after a week i barely have any pain and now i can even bend now but my scar seems to look good lmaoo

By around 2 weeks, the skin should be closed or at least closing. What are you doing to support the incision while moving around? I had an abdominal binder and it was a wonderful help for me.
I am trying to plan my daughter’s birthday party for when she turns 2. The play area I want to book offers 1 hour 45 min slots at either 13:30 or 15:45. There will be children mainly around the age of 2, but others ages 1-3 as well. I know nap times will vary, and most live less than 30 mins away. Which time do you all think sounds preferable?

Hi everyone! I’m currently 37+2 and getting induced in 2 days time due to recurrent reduced fetal movement. Hoping to hear some positive induction stories of anyone who’s gone through it before? I was hoping to be able to go naturally before then, but midwife couldn’t do a sweep today as not even 1cm 😭

I feel at constant loggerheads at the moment, all we do is argue and get angry each other. It’s completely down to sleep deprivation and stress but this doesn’t make it any easier when thinking about it. Just want things to go back to normal.

Hi ladies, I’ve had my 12 weeks scan and all looked ok. I don’t know how I’m going to manage 8 weeks without a scan?! I’ve already had a lot of anxiety from this pregnancy as it’s been a really difficult journey. How do you guys manage and get reassurance that baby is ok? Any advice would be appreciated! Xx

I’ve had a reassurance scan today as have had previous losses but only a sac and yolk could be seen…
The lady was quite harsh and just rebooked me for 2 weeks time
Googling seems to say this is right until the 6 week mark?!
Anyone been here before?!
