Urgent help!!!!

I hope someone can help me. I am 5 and a half months postpartum. I had a C section. I super clingy baby so I haven’t been able to be very active. I now struggle when lying down. I am in so much pain when turning around. My hips hurt a lot!! When I get up in the middle of the night it takes me some time to walk comfortably. Please tell me someone has been through similar to this and can help me out. My hips, lower back and thighs.

I had similar about 2 weeks ago.. I'm 5 months pp. Its gone now, but honestly I think i just over exerted myself - when i would stand up i was so stiff and painful and turning in bed was such an effort. My hips, legs and belly was hurting. Maybe try and get some rest and if it persists speak to your doctor? X

Would it help if you looked at some different positions you can sleep in with a pillow under either your back/ underneath the back of your knees/ between your legs so atleast when you’re lay down you’re not stagnant in a position that’s going to make you feel more stiff/ sore?
I have anterior tilt so suffer with that kind of pain too, particularly when I’ve over exerted myself and when I was pregnant! I find sometimes that sleeping with my pregnancy pillow helps again as it keeps everything aligned.
Defo worth also mentioning to your gp? Hopefully they can make a physio referral for you xx

I'd make an appt with a physical therapist. They can really help you as they helped me with these issues after csection

Speech delay

Hi everyone this is a bit out of my comfort zone so please be kind! My little boy has speech delay and we are waiting for speech therapy. If there is anyone else whose child also has speech delay it would be really nice to chat and meet other Mums who are going through the same thing ☺️

breastfeeding tips

Hi everyone! I’m 2 months postpartum and trying to increase my milk supply. Currently, I’m getting only around 10 ml combined from both breasts when pumping. I’d love advice on pumping frequency, session duration, pump settings, flange sizes and power pumping. Has anyone successfully increased their supply at this stage? Any tips or personal experiences would be appreciated! ❤️

BOY mums help.

I have a 5 month old, he’s keeps weeing through his nappy especially of a night! Doesn’t happen all the time, but when it does it’s strangely on his back left. Family have said it could be from his Willy being up when putting the nappy on but I make sure to check this everytime. Any advice please 🩵

Hard stage

Anyone else finding this age particularly hard?! I feel like I’m just constantly moving her from one activity to another to try and keep her entertained for more than 5 mins! What’s with all the whining!?
