I get 6 weeks 90% full pay, then I get 26 weeks 50% pay + statutorymaternity pay and then from 7 months or so I just get SMP

I get 100% for 2 weeks, but the rest is structured same as SMP (IT consultancy). 2 previous firms (insurance and driver analytics/drivers courses) had SMP only. All my jobs have been some sort of IT/programming/team lead

Mine is 12 weeks 100%
The next 10 weeks 50%
The rest up until 33 weeks is SMP I think up to 7 month mark.
They also give a £250 allowance before you go on leave for baby things
You have to have worked over 2 years to qualify for the enhanced

I work for a learning company and they only increased our offering after a lot of women complained for the last 5 years. In fact they lost half their female workforce in that time. It’s actually crazy how anyone expects mothers to drop their income so suddenly.

22 weeks full pay, with no clawback clause. Feel extremely lucky that I get that

I get 20 weeks 100% pay
The next 21-39 SMP
Then the remaining 40-52 unpaid
I work for Amazon
