What white noise machine would everyone recommend? Preferably one with a light too for night feeds

Not one with a proper light but we have ewan the sheep and really like it as it has a heartbeat sound in the background 😊

The VTech hush is good and so is the Momcozy noise machine. Both can be turned on at the unit or using an app with different colours / brightness and different sounds

I’ve got the zello portable pro white noise machine. Plays all different sounds and has both a normal light and a red light which can be different brightnesses. It’s fantastic as easily attaches to the next to me x

Horrible name choice

So my son is Abel, my daughter is Blair, now I’m pregnant without third and my husband is SET on Cain….. however my MIL and my sister are both like No No you CANT have cain and Abel ( we are not religious at all!!) but I do kinda like Cain…. Bad idea or don’t give a shit what people say?

First menstrual cycle

I finally had my first period since I gave birth in May. I’m currently on day 11, and it’s still extremely heavy. This is the worst I’ve ever felt. Honestly, I’d rather give birth again than endure this pain.

Feeling pressure and bruised 😮‍💨

I suffer from PGP but the last few days I’ve had a different pain, I didn’t have with my first, there is so much pressure and feels like my vagina is bruised 😮‍💨 been getting on and off cramping all week but nothing that suggests baby is coming. Anyone have this? 37weeks
