Horrible name choice

So my son is Abel, my daughter is Blair, now I’m pregnant without third and my husband is SET on Cain….. however my MIL and my sister are both like No No you CANT have cain and Abel ( we are not religious at all!!) but I do kinda like Cain…. Bad idea or don’t give a shit what people say?

The story of Cain and Abel is so famous, putting those two names together is going to draw a lot of comments, jokes and potentially bullying for him as he gets older. He might even resent the association when he learns the story himself. Obviously totally your choice but just wanted to throw that out there in case you hadn't considered how heavy that combo might be for him growing up. People immediately jump to the biblical story, which could mean a lifetime of sibling rivalry jokes, awkward questions or kids picking on him at school. For him he might care what people think. I wouldn’t personally risk it but totally your choice x

100% agreeing with T... Don't subject your kids to any possible future bullying... We all know how school is. Bullying is everywhere.

C-Section Recovery

Hello, just wondering when everyone started to be able to do things after having a c-section. Im on day 10 and feel like I still can do much. Not able to go out and about, not bend down and do normal things. Only able to just walk about in the house.

My daughter has been invited to a 5th birthday party which is in a hall setting . The parent said “ one parent is welcome to stay “ does this mean I have to stay ? Or it’s optional ? I don’t want to hang around if I don’t need to tbh lol has any else had the parent say this and did you stay or leave ?
