Hey! I was wondering, as SAHMs how often are you going out with your little ones?
I try to go out every other day, even if its just walking to the grocery store and stopping at the park on the way, because I'm genuinely always tired and the chores are endless. I don't mind it though. My child is happy and we have still so many indoor activities to try, especially now that it's getting colder. Though people around me are telling me its not normal and I should be out more. (Childless people, mind you.)

I would say how often are you out? Lol I mean we do our every other day basically or if we have appointments, hospital visits, homeschool meet-ups then it could be more!

we leave everyday, atleast once. i only try to do chores during nap and before bed. but it’s only about 30 mins of anything cleaning. that way while my almost 3 yo is awake we can go be outside. we leave the house in the morning around 7am, go to the park for 30 mins then to the gym with childcare for 70 mins. we mostly get our groceries done while we’re out but also plan to go to the library, parks for an hour or more, small run around spots. it’s better for our wellbeing and mental health to leave. try not to let chores get in the way of exploring 💗

Every day mostly even if it's just a walk x

I have a hard time getting out as well. I just like to stay home. It can be a lot to get out the door with a little one. I have been trying to get out more and just go to different parks, and I've tried to do playdates, but that's harder with varying schedules from parent to parent.

Not often . I can’t even go work . No one wants to watch my kids. Not even the grandparents

We do everything together with my son. I honestly forgot what being alone is lol. He will be 3 soon. He also loves to be out. He craves it. I only need to say let’s go outside and he runs to get dressed. We often go grocery shopping, run errands or go to Disney. It gets tough sometimes with his tantrums but you get used to it

every day even if it’s just to the store hehe
How are we all affording life on SMP?!!? I was on 32k a year and now on £194.32 a week! I’m finding it so difficult to pay bills and also all the stuff my baby needs! As well with xmas coming up!

I’m a big fan of Mustela cleansing water, but I’ve run out and wanted to try an alternative from Nala.
My LO never had any reaction to Mustela, but the moment I’ve wiped her with Nala her skin turned bright red and it took a couple of hours to go down.
Just warning to others, always patch test and don’t try new things if you already have something that works well.

My 3 closest IRL friends are all child free by choice. They are all great and let me talk about being pregnant etc but i always feel like im boring them with details and don’t feel like they truly get it. I can’t be the only one in this situation. Looking for people to chat with, maybe if there’s a few of us we could set up a group chat or something. I’m UK based but happy to speak to people from all over. Lmk if interested x

My husband has sent me many many many videos every day explaining why women should have sex with there husband how it’s the only way they know we love them but what about all the shit I do every day for him that should count for showing my love like how i make him a fresh meal when he gets home from work how i make him so tea when he’s sick to feel better how i make sure our son is always with me and taken care of so he doesn’t have to worry and can come home and rest how I go out of my way every day to see him on lunch so we can spend time together how i plan all the dates we have every been on and pay for all of them how I buy him anything he wants because I love him how I worked every single day when I was pregnant and even went into labor at work finished my shift drove myself how and then went to the hospital to have the baby ( he was not working at this point). Then went back to work when I was cleared to do so work all the way until he left for basic training (military) quit my job to take care of our son (what he wanted me to do) and yet I don’t love him because I won’t have sex with him weird. Not needing advice or anything just needed how I felt off my chest because
honestly I’m extremely hurt by him.
