Last nap before bed!

What time is everyone’s little one who’s around 5 months nearly 6 months last nap of the day?

Following cause I want to know too x

Usually around 5 something up for 6 something and then bedtime is 8.30

30 minute nap and then 3 hour wake window then bed x

Around 4/430 for half an hour bedtime between 630 and 7 (on a good nap day that is!) X

Mine just sleeps whenever. Sometimes her last nap is 6/7 pm sometimes it’s like 4. She always sleeps 10-13 hours over night. She gets a bit fussy about naps and just does little ones

4:00 for 20-30 minutes depending on how his other two naps have gone. Bed about 6:45/7

5ish til 6ish (contact nap) and then bedtime around 8ish. His mood can be very varied in the couple of hours between this nap and bedtime!

4ish then bed at 7

About 5pm (for 40/45min) usually and bed around 8:30pm.

On a bad nap day (fighting sleep a lot), it's more like 6pm 🙈

My little boy has his last nap between about 4:30-5:30pm. Always awake at the latest 5:30pm to give him a nice wake window before bedtime at 7/7:30pm

4ish for a 7.30 bedtime. Sleeps through at least half the week, or wakes about 4/5am and goes back down till 7ish am x

Up by 5pm for bed at 7-7.30pm X

Depends what we are doing, it can be 3 for 2 hours or 5 for half an hour. Bedtime between 7-8

Mine sleeps whenever! lol goes down for the night and sleeps through between going down between 9-10pm and wakes between 6-7am
Last night had a nap from 5:30-7:30 pm and tonight just 30 mins about 6pm ish

How much sleep in a 24hr period for baby for 18 weeks?

Are everyone’s babies getting 12-16 hours of sleep in a 24hr period? I can’t get my daughter to sleep more than 10-11 hours in a 24hr period including her daytime naps.. I’m not sure what to do or how to get her to sleep more during daytime.

Why isn’t postpartum depression not talked about enough? Or even just how you will be postpartum. Theres not enough information and support given to you while going through pregnancy or even in general because support systems struggle to understand the concept too. I feel like I’m going insane with how I’m feeling atm. I genuinely have never felt so low. I feel trapped. And why is there no relationship support offered or atleast guide you to the correct people. I’ve tried reaching out to my health visitor but she doesn’t have anything for weeks and suggested I go to one of the support hubs. I don’t drive and my partner doesn’t like me going on the bus with the baby and he’s always working. My friends and family have said they’ll support me but haven’t exactly seen the consistency between their words and their actions coming together. I am starting to resent my partner and I’m worrying he’s making me depend on him too much to the point where I don’t know if I’m sane anymore. He goes to work, he gets to go golf and when we do stuff together 9 out of 10 times he invites one of his friends to join us. It’s like he doesn’t want to be with me alone. He’s constantly on his phone too. I understand he’s just started his own company but there’s no way he’s doing job stuff or talking about work the whole evening too. Apologies I need to rant as currently my only conversations are through messages with him or my 3 month old

Clothes question

Ladies recently my little boys clothes have been having random yellow stains on them noticable after a wash idk if im putting the wash on too long or if its the spit up from milk thats causing it as its only around his shoulders or neck where the spit up may have happened that day, no issues with the trousers just frustrating to why it might be happening, has this happened to anyone before?

Double pushchair

Can anybody recommend a double pushchair please that’s not too expensive please I’ve had the silver cross wayfarer but it’s just so heavy now I need
Rid and the seats are small for my 3 year old.
I have a 2 year old and a 3 nearly 4 year old, I don’t know whether it’s worth just getting a single and a buggy board as my 3 year old will still use the pushchair if we’re out a while. Any suggestions would be great.

Bottle recommendations

Hi all!

My 8 week old currently won’t take a bottle or dummy.

Dummy - have managed to get her to suck on for maybe 15mins, but generally she just doesn’t seem interested.

Bottle - gags, chokes, projectile vomits. She’s only on breast milk at the moment, no formula.

We have tried both MAM and Tommee Tippee.

Have been told she has a high palette and a sensitive gag reflux, and have some exercises to try and help with the gag reflux but with the palette it’s something that could take months as she grows.

Has anyone been told anything similar? And any other bottle recommendations?

Would love to attend an engagement party towards the end of the month but won’t be able to if she won’t take a bottle by that point 😔
