In such a rut

I have a toddler who is nearly two and half and a 5 week old baby, I am struggling big time.
I’m finding jt so hard to have the energy and patience for my toddler that I just get over stimulated. I used to be such a fun and involved mum and now I am just exhausted. I am EBF my newborn so feel like it is so hard to be there for my toddler. I just feel like a bit of a failure and feel like I’m not coping. Please tell me it gets better.

Yes I feel exactly the same. Got a week old breastfeeding and a 2 year old. Baby feeds all the time and on the verge of giving up breastfeeding as I can’t do anything with my toddler

It’s hard, I understand how tough it is. It’s really difficult and upsetting but in time it will pass, sounds cheesy but it’s true, it won’t last forever and nobody will be permanently damaged because of it. Just do whatever to get through this tough time, if that means bottle feeding so be it, a happy mum is worth so much more to your lovely children. Hang in there we’ve all been there and understand you.

I have a 21mth old and 3 week old also breastfeeding but I will give the odd bottle if hes cluster feeding and wont settle just so I can get on or have time with toddler. I've found it mega hard I dont know how other people do it and make it look so easy. I already had 2 kids before starting again but there was nearly 9 yrs between them

baby movements

i’m 27 weeks, and sometimes i’ll feel him kicking and moving quite strongly, but then seem to have a couple days where they’re smaller movements and not as intense. is this normal?

Membrane sweep – your experiences?

Hi ladies! I’m having a membrane sweep on Wednesday and would love to hear about your experiences. ❤️
How long after the sweep did you go into labour? Did it happen the same day, or did it take a few days?
Also, how painful did you find the procedure? I’m a little nervous, so I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences! 🥰

32 week growth didn't go great

The scan itself was good but afterwards sucked
Due to the twins being still small and my upper twin weighing on the smaller side so I'm now needing to go for another scan next to check on placenta function on upper twin mainly and fluids.

My lower twin is weighing 3 pounds 11 and my upper twin is weighing 3 pounds 9..

I tried to ask about induction and mentioning my concerns of being induced at 38 weeks with my DIDI twins and mentioning my traumatic quick previous birth and wanting to try discuss about wanting to be induced at 37 weeks because of the risks of going into quick spontaneous labour before than but they said it was too soon to be discussing it and made it clear that they're not dismissing my concerns but just making it clear that today isn't a good time to be talking about it and it is too soon to know what the plan will be in terms of induction. So I'm just deflated by it all..

Did castor oil at over 40 weeks work for anyone to induce labor!?

The doctor even told me to try it and said it worked for her friend. Curious if anyone has tried this and how much did you drink of the oil?
