Someone please help!! I am 21 weeks pregnant and I CANNOT get comfortable in bed at night to fall asleep. I'm tossing and turning for hours on end. This will be my 3rd baby (please god) and I have never had this trouble until right at the end. I just feel like a big fat beached whale 😂 what did you all do to help? I am going out of my mind!

My hubby got me the huge U shaped pregnancy pillow. Worked like a charm up until about one month before I delivered. It was no use I couldn’t sleep that entire month no matter what!

I couldn’t afford a pregnancy pillow so I would just stick two regular ones behind me to prop me on my side and put a little throw pillow between my knees. It’s ghetto but it worked! 😂

Having my own bedtime routine, applying "sleepy time lotion" (magnesium oil, shea butter, & 1 drop of lavender essential oil), eating a handful or 3 of pistachios before bed (they're high in naturally occurring melatonin).

Pregnancy pillow did the trick for me! Excellent back, leg and belly support. I got the Ushaped one and part of it can unzip to remove or place elsewhere, I put it between my legs and for some reason that position will put me to sleep instantly !

Pregnancy pillow for sure but also with my second pregnancy I am also having this problem even with a pillow. I found out it is just because I haven’t been as active due to everything going on. I would try walking during the day or some form of exercise this has really helped me sleep better.

I felt like this around 20 weeks too. I found out I was deficient in iron, started taking magnesium, use lavander blend of oil in the defuser at night and now at 30 weeks sleeping better. I’ve also slept with a pillow in between my knees the entire pregnancy. Can’t sleep without it since my first baby😆
