Team no sleep

I am 29 + 2 days and everything I’ve read is indicating that going forward insomnia is a big possibility. I find myself walking up every two to three hours and have the toughest time going back to sleep. What is everyone doing to help sleep through the night? Or am I just SOL? 😫

Ugh. I’m only 16 weeks and not sleeping well at night 😫

I’ve had good and bad nights all through the pregnancy. Sometimes woken up every 3 hours sometimes less, totally depends on irrational dreams, aches, pains, movements and needing a pee 😅

Havent slept through the night since the beginning, i just watch tv and try to sleep back. I see it as good training for when i have a newborn again very soon.

Unisom or Tylenol pm

I'm 29 weeks today!!! And I have also found I'm waking every couple hours...

I find moving to the couch helps. Put on some rain sounds and surround myself with pillows to support my belly

Try taking a warm bath in Epsom salt before bed, a unisom, diffuse lavender oil and have a fan or white noise in your room. Also make sure you have a nest of pillows to support yourself it's been the only way I can sleep lately 😂. Good luck 🤞

Bottle refusal

EBF and deciding I want a bit more flexibility so wanted to introduce a bottle so I can go out more.

She used to take one three months ago. Now she flat out refuses and cries - doesn’t matter if it’s expressed breastmilk or formula. Tried it in a sippy cup as well. What can I do?

shower infront of children

Is it weird to shower infront of your children, or your children see you naked?
At what age should this stop?

I’m just looking at what everyone’s thoughts are as I have a 7 month old and at the moment it’s hard for me to shower without him getting upset.

We contact nap atm, otherwise I'd shower when he sleeps!

It’s easier to bring his play mat into the bathroom whilst I shower so i can at least wash, else i have to wait for my husband to arrive home at 5/6pm.

Keen to see what people's opinions are and how other people do this!

GIRL DADS TAKING DAUGHTER TO BATHROOM IN PUBLIC

If a girl dad needs to take his daughter to the bathroom in public and there are no family bathrooms … I swear video online of a dad saying he uses the women’s bathroom but always knocks and announces ‘girl dad helping my daughter go to the bathroom’ and I love that idea and mens rooms are disgusting but wanted to see everyone’s thoughts
