9 months pregnant

Hi everyone! Hope all your
Pregnancies are going well. How did you deal with month 9? All my pregnancy was pretty smooth but suddenly It seems to feel like hell. Pain everywhere and I mean literally everywhere if it’s not joint pain it’s stomach pain or boob pain or contractions. The only relief I seem to get is crying it out. Any tips on how to cheer up the last few weeks?

I found 37 week onwards really hard and painful. Just try to relax as much as you can, do things for you that you enjoy and don’t feel guilty about it. Take time to do some mindfulness and relax each day, but keep moving about as much as you can too if you feel like you can. Just do whatever your body tells you is right, if you want to sleep, just sleep! If you want to eat everything in sight, just do it and don’t feel bad! It’s the last few weeks to enjoy just being you before you become a mum:) xxx

Bleeding while you pregnant…

I'm six weeks pregnant with my second child. At the beginning of the pregnancy, I had some light spotting. At five weeks, I had an ultrasound and a blood test for hCG levels. The ultrasound showed a bleeding wound, but it doesn't affect pregnancy. My hCG increased by 169% in two days. After all these tests, I no longer saw blood on the toilet paper after going to the bathroom. Then yesterday, I had a little difficulty going to the bathroom, and after that, I saw a small amount of blood on the toilet paper again. Nothing today. I'm going for an ultrasound on Friday, but I'm still uneasy. Has anyone else had this?

Growth scan at 34 weeks

Hi, I went to the midwife yesterday and have been referred for an urgent growth scan as baby has dropped from the 90th to 40th percentile over the last three measurements. Has anyone experienced this? So stressful 😔

Julia Donaldson Party

Hi all, I’m throwing a Julia Donaldson party for my soon to be one year old but finding it hard to find decorations etc!

I have a sign, banner, zog and Gruffalo cupcakes and of course a cake! Also going to bring some books and toys to display.

Just wondered if anyone has done anything similar and could share any ideas?

I know he won’t remember but I want to make it amazing. We aren’t renting a soft play we’re just buying a slide set and a ball pit etc so my son can use them at home! So I just to make sure the theme pops so I can take lots of pictures and show him when he’s older!

Is It Just Me?

Is it just me, or are babies these days developing in their own completely unique way and fast!!

My little one is 6 months now, and honestly it feels like every week brings something new.

Sitting up started around 4–5 months, even though tummy time has never been the favourite activity. Rolling is no problem, but the real interest now is in attempting to shuffle around and explore
Standing with support has become a whole new hobby — anything sturdy enough becomes a piece of “furniture gym equipment.”
Weaning began at 4 months, and by 5 months there was already interest in snacks labelled for 7 months and up. And despite all the movement and curiosity, sleeping in their own crib has been completely fine too.

It’s fascinating watching how different babies grow at their own pace — some rush ahead in certain areas, some take their time, and all of it is perfectly normal. They really do come with their own little blueprint.

My LO definitely needs to slow down 🤣😅
