Bit of a weird question... obviously it's advised not to sleep on your back during pregnancy. However, I'm 24weeks and now waking up 3 or 4 times a night and finding myself lying on my back! I roll onto my side and fall back to sleep again. Has anyone else had this or just me? 😅

Hi! Snap! I am 23+2 and wake up 4 or more times a night in my back. I have a full pregnancy pillow but still manage to wiggle onto my back. I’m seeing my midwife on Thursday and am going to ask them about it but I’ve been told not to worry too much. As long as you just roll over when you wake up 😀

C shapes pillow worked for me. If you roll onto your back and wake up then just move back to your side. So uncomfortable when pregnant huh. x

I bought one of these and used it to help with that https://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/store/product/boppy-reg-side-sleeper-pregnancy-support-pillow/1060097439?skuId=60097439&enginename=google&mcid=PS_googlepla_nonbrand_beautywellness_online&product_id=60097439&adtype=pla&product_channel=online&adpos=&creative=224129507250&device=m&matchtype=&network=g&rkg_id=0&utm_campaignid=71700000037121743&utm_adgroupid=58700004139975696&targetid=92700034750411325&gclid=Cj0KCQiA4feBBhC9ARIsABp_nbXp7xSt_k1LXY3fDZpFMR_9h_VbmNbN_quT6h7ltgKo0x7_YyFtMHAaAlU-EALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds

I used three or four smaller sized pillows (finally a use for all those decorative pillows!). One between my knees, one below my belly, one behind my back. Basically anywhere you need additional support

I’m 38 weeks pregnant and still occasionally wake up on my back. I just roll back onto my side. I have a u shaped pregnancy pillow so have support behind my back.
