What are your thoughts/experiences on breastfeeding pillows? For my first, I just propped with other pillows or whatever was around but am considering getting one for my second. Any recommendations? Did anyone else make do without? Are they worth it?

Has anyone bought a hand held fan for during labour and if so where have you got one from? I keep going to order one online but see so many mixed reviews! I was so hot during my first labour my partner basically just fanned me the whole time I was push in so would love a little fan this time around.
