Looking for breakfast and lunch recommendations for my almost 2 year old? I feel like she’s getting bored of what I am offering☹️ Usually do cereal for breakfast as I like to save bread for lunch time!
I’m at a total loss with my little girl, I absolutely dread mealtimes because I know whatever I cook no matter how much effort I put in my little one just takes one look and refuses. I’m pretty certain she’s surviving on yoghurts and cereal at the moment it’s the only things she will eat. I’ve tried introducing her ...
My baby girl is 5.5 months so wanted to start preparing her for solids. I’m exclusively breastfeeding right now. Any ideas of what I need to get, particular brands to go for/ avoid? Also would I need to pump to add milk to the purées?
And how long did you wait before introducing another meal?
Is anyone else struggling to get much food into their babies? We started with puréed foods and our baby girl took to them amazingly, I was so pleased. Now she’s going crazy and cry’s over the spoons, wants to play and I’m struggling to get much in without her eventually crying. So I thought I’d move to baby led wean...
Hi, please can someone tell me something easy/no expensive to puree baby food? I’m using a good chopper that is suppose to do it but don’t think it’s smooth enough x

Baby is 8 months and on two meals when is everyone introducing a third meal?
I breastfeed at home and he gets bottles at daycare. Durring the weekends he is only interested in eating for maybe 2 minutes each side when he cries that he is hungry. But after that he pops off and tries moving away and if I dont force him back on and put my bra back up he starts screaming as if he wasnt done but ...
So I’ve just made a gammon for the first time since my baby has been doing BLW and I stupidly put honey and mustard on it. Is she able to have some or shall I cook her something else?
My baby is eating yogurt with cinnamon, homemade banana bread, and some raspberries.
So my little man had his 2 year appointment yesterday. He’s 3ft tall and 26lbs9oz. He’s super tall and skinny. My 4 month old is 2ft2inches and 15lbs6oz (so both tall babies)Doctor says he’s considered under weight m, she suggested pediasure after meals twice a day. He loves all fruits and veggies and chicken nugget...
Does your family already make remarks or comments about your preferred weaning method? I mentioned to my mom that we would start with non-sweet stuff so like cauliflower and broccoli but she was like no no they make babies gassy 😂 I think in many countries first weaning foods are apples and carrots because…
For those that have, how soon did you move from 1 meal to 2? Just curious. My little boy is 2 weeks in and loving everything I give him. He’s been just having veg purée/finger foods so far. Thinking I might add in breakfast soon.
We’ve always eaten together as a family around 7pm. (Bedtime is 8pm.) My husband started a new job recently and isn’t home until 7/7:30 so I need to probably feed my toddler and his baby sister, then do bedtime routine when my husband gets home, then us eat. I pick him up from nursery around 5:30 and I’m thinking ...
How's people getting on with weaning? I thought my son was gonna be loving it, but he's not THAT fussed. He seems to wanna hold stuff more than be spoon fed. For example, has opened his mouth a few times for puree on a spoon but wants to hold the spoon. Tried holding banana (interest in grabbing it) but slips out hi...
Anyone else finding their LO will put EVERYTHING in their mouth but never food? My boy has just turned 8 months and isn’t interested in anything other than purées
