I eat pretty much anything I want. The only thing I avoid completely is alcohol (because I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do r.e. timings) and I've cut down caffeine, too.

The only things I still avoid are fish high in mercury (tuna, etc), alcohol and I’ve stuck to decaf options like I did in pregnancy.

I eat anything but keep alcohol to one drink every 2 hours max. I don’t drink loads of caffeine like energy drinks but I drink a few cups of tea or coffee a day. Plenty of water and snacks!

I eat whatever I want, I drink 2 cups of coffee a day (I did the whole way through pregnancy), I’ve never been much of a drinker so I haven’t drank alcohol. I am quite active on top of breastfeeding so I do have to eat more though, and bulk out my meals with slightly higher calorie foods & a few extra snacks otherwise I’m starving in the night/feel like I’m wasting away 😂

tuna isn't high in mercury sword fish and sharks are.

I'm exclusively pumping and eat and rink what I want. If I've had a few drinks I just get rid of the milk from my next pump 🙂

I eat what I want but haven't had alcohol really. Just 1 glass so far 7 weeks in and none while preggers.
Caffeine they say similar levels to pregnancy. Two cups a day so I generally have decaf still.
Fish they say limit to twice per week? I'm not a huge fish eater anyway.
I take multi vitamin. Keep your water high! Minimum 2 litres a day I try closer to 3. It deffo helps. You can tell because if I drank that much water previouslu I'd be peeing litterally all day 😂
get one of those bottles with the time targets for water/ squash drinking. That's helped me be more mindful of it
