Gatorade to Drink During Pregnancy?

I've had severe vomiting. When I went to the ER, they gave me Gatorade and it turned everything around for me. But Gatorade has sooo much sugar that I can't overindulge. They have a G2 version and Gatorade Zero (but Gatorade Zero is like Diet Gatorade so I know I shouldn't drink that).

Is the G2 version the best one you drink during pregnancy? Does it just have less sugar than regular Gatorade?

You should try the liquid iv powder mixed in with water! I’ve been feeling dehydrated and I’ll usually drink that

Have you tried Gatorade G Fit?

I make homemade “gatorade” with splashes each of fresh lemon juice and fresh lime juice, maple syrup, a pinch each of salt and low-sodium salt, and water. I like being able to control the sweetness, and the salts provide electrolytes.

Liquid iv actually helps my nausea for some strange reason. I have the lemon lime flavor or açaí berry and add fresh lime and it taste so good!

Make sure to add ice^^

We switched to powerade zero sugar. The 0 sugar Gatorade never tastes right.

When I feel super nauseous I still drink Gatorade. Just don’t go overboard and you’ll be fine

I’ve also had really good luck with coconut water but I know not everyone likes it. That is also the only thing that helps my migraines

i second that ! Works like a charm for me and makes water easier to consume due to it tasting better

Hospital bag checklist ✨

I feel like a lot of us have been discussing this for a while so I’ve pieced together what we’ve all said (water birth, c section mamas might need more). Other 2 x screenshots in the comments. If anyone spots anything missing feel free to add below ⬇️

C-section information

How long were you in hospital for after your first C-section? I am having my first C-section next week and would be grateful of any advice or information. Thanks

Did any mamas get nails done before c section?

Reading mixed things online saying that we can’t get them done bc the pulse reader? Just wanting to see if they actually really care x

Royal London Hospital maternity Triage

Has anyone had any experience at the RLH maternity triage (6th floor) and if so, what was your experience like?

On two occassions I have been there regarding concerns with my health during this pregnancy and have had an unpleasent experience from the staff on the front desk, seems to be always one in particular where they have been dismissive with the sort of attitude like "why are you here" "we can't help you with that here" It's made me anxious about having to ever go there again, if need be. 🫤

Growth charts

Has anyone else not get access to the baby’s growth charts. I’m not sure if I made it up that I should have access or not.

If you do was it through an app or website.

Sorry 39 weeks and brain fog is crazy 😂

16 week appointment…

Mine is next week so I’ll be early 17 weeks. What does the appointment entail? Has anyone else had theirs? Do we get a scan?
