Is anyone’s baby on no nap yet? My daughters been going down and waking up from a nap miserable (I’ve tried everything I can think of to help her but nothing does) tried her on no nap and she did fine just a bit fussy by late afternoon just not sure if it’s too early

Can be because of teething or some development .. try changing the nap time. Nap is very necessary for them i would just try everyday
I’ve tried pushing it back an hour, feeding her before so she’s not hungry, offering her a drink so she’s not thirsty, different ways of taking her for a nap and so many other things. She’s been teething since before Christmas and it’s exhausting having her be so upset and literally nothing calms her at all I just don’t know what else to do. I don’t see how a 30 minute nap is worth it when she’s getting herself so upset

With mine it depends on the day, but at least 3 days a week she will not nap and will just go to bed a bit earlier. The days she doesnt nap like yours she is fussy in the evening. I still try for the nap but if after 1hour in het cot she is not asleep then I give up for the day

You know your baby well mama do what work best for you both ❤️ i know its so exhausting to see our baby like this my baby is also going through sleep regression doesn’t settle until i hold him at rock him back to sleep so do what best for you both and maybe early bedtime if she is tired in the evening ❤️

It’ll just be a phase x

My LB started stopping naps at about 15 months😂 he goes about 4/5 days of the week with no naps. And goes to bed earlier. He has always been low sleep needs and consistently dropped naps way before most children. I know it's advised for their development that they continue napping but I've tried everything and he's literally wide awake😂
What time does LO wake? I was finding if I got up *super* early then he would nap but I was just taking like two hours of night time sleep off him to give him 45 minutes in the day and it didn't make sense😂
