Rolling to belly at nighttime

Is or has anyone else been struggling with their baby rolling in the night? It seems to be my LB most comfortable position. I get up and I turn him onto his side (I know they say not to but he will not go on his back now at all), I make sure nothings covering his face and that he’s facing the camera.

I find I’m having a light sleep all night because I’m facing the camera waiting for any noise or movement, and I’m exhausted. Any tips? Do they eventually stop rolling? Xx

Why don't you want him sleeping on his belly? If it's his most comfortable position and he can actively roll then I don't think there's an issue.

My lo sleeps on his front

He can’t roll back yet. I read online they shouldn’t until over 1? Or am I being ott? Xx

You can leave him to sleep on his belly, mine doesn’t roll back but she sleeps on her belly almost every night now, she’ll just shout me when she wants to roll back

My little boy slept on his front from about 4 months (when he learnt to roll). I remember worrying myself sick about it at first but he didn't like sleeping on his back. Even as a newborn he slept on his side. He's 2.5 now and still sleeps on his front x

Thank you girls! All my worrying for nothing 😆 xx

Yep mine started sleeping on tummy since she can roll, had a break for few weeks but always again. She sleeps longer with less night disturbances so going with it!

If they put themselves in that position, it's fine. Lots of baby's like sleeping on their tummy. I often put my girl down on her side as its where she's happiest, then eventually she rolls all the way to her front x

where is his sleep ‘sack’ from? I really want one with legs but every one I see is like £50😫

My son slept on his belly and he couldn’t roll back for awhile, I was petrified the first time he did it and I moved him on to his back, he did it again and I left him I new he was okay and that he would cry if he needed me

Thanks so much! Maybe I’ll get a full night out of him now 🤞 xx

If they get there themselves they’ll figure out how to get back if they want to move. Or they’ll cry if they need help! My girl practically does backflips as soon as she’s put down 🙄

8 week immunisations

My 8 week old has his first set of injections tomorrow and I’m abit nervous. Does anyone have any advice for after the jabs? I know they get a temp after so have got some calpol to give just before hand. Should I put him to bed in less clothing to make sure he doesn’t get too hot? Any tips from your experience with first set of immunisations? Am I worrying more than I need to? 😅

Signs of Neurodivergent Toddler

Any moms of neurodivergent toddlers who could help me out? My son is 13 months old. I know that is technically too early for a diagnosis, but I have a gut feeling that he is on the autism spectrum.

The main sign he shows is hand leading. He does not point at all, and instead will take my hand and lead me anywhere he wants to go,
getting very frustrated if I do not follow.

He is also extremely sensitive to being touched, especially when it comes to hats and putting clothes on. He won’t let anything touch his head or face and I have to fight him to brush his teeth, comb his hair, etc.

He’s very interested in things that aren’t toys and will repeat the same behavior over and over. He can go in and out of doors or walk up and down stairs for hours. He loves taking things out of containers and putting the back in repeatedly.

We recently took him on his first vacation and he REALLY struggled with the change. He struggles with any type of transition or change in routine.

He laughs, makes eye contact, mostly responds to his name, but doesn’t do any other gestures.

Normal toddler behavior or signs of ASD? Let me know your thoughts!

11 month old constantly standing in cot

Please tell me someone has some advice for this cause wow it’s trying. My almost 11 month old is fully on the move now and his new favourite thing is repeatedly pulling to stand in his cot. The problem is that he wears a sleep sack (mainly so his legs don’t get stuck between the bars tbh lol) so he’s not stable enough to lower himself down. So earlier he fell backwards and hit is head and now we feel like we can’t just leave him to it. Typically it’s his first full day at nursery tomorrow and my first day back at work IT’S LIKE HE KNOWS!!
Please tell me someone has some tips. Currently we are quietly placing him back on his back every time but he just keeps doing it! 🤣🤡

Took 9 week old to a family party where there was loud music and she was next to the speaker for most of the time (about 3 hours). She slept through most of it. Do you think she has hearing loss from this?

Freaking out right now :(
