Where do your little ones sleep at other’s houses?

My son is now sleeping in a toddler bed and not his cot. He’s due to have a sleepover at my parents next weekend and I’m not sure what to get him to sleep in? We would normally take his travel cot, but he climbs out now so that’s not an option. Is there such thing as a travel toddler bed 😂

Haven't had this yet as we've never done sleepovers but I'd think a regular bed with guard rails up or we'd make him a little bed up on the floor if I was worried about the height of a regular bed. Either way the room would have to be child proof and with a baby gate on the door.

Mattress on the floor? Isn't good long term of course due to mould, but if it's one night every so often that would be fine.

If you choose to put him in the bed (or just on a mattress even) make sure the bed isn't up against a wall due to entrapment risk x

My little boy just sleeps in a normal double bed when away

A normal bed but she falls out at least once a night, so recommend a bed guard if you can get one 😂

Mattress on the floor, double bed or we have an intex blow up toddler bed which has sides which is also great!

When my oldest was at this stage we got the my first ready bed to use at my parents house. My now 2 year old still uses the travel cot still. He climbed out a lot the first time, but hasn't done it at all since.

When we go in holiday he's going to sleep on one of the single beds with a bed rail

How about a little inflatable kids bed?

We use a bed guard on a normal bed or have a ready bed for when we go camping or places where a bed is not available x

8 week immunisations

My 8 week old has his first set of injections tomorrow and I’m abit nervous. Does anyone have any advice for after the jabs? I know they get a temp after so have got some calpol to give just before hand. Should I put him to bed in less clothing to make sure he doesn’t get too hot? Any tips from your experience with first set of immunisations? Am I worrying more than I need to? 😅

11 month old constantly standing in cot

Please tell me someone has some advice for this cause wow it’s trying. My almost 11 month old is fully on the move now and his new favourite thing is repeatedly pulling to stand in his cot. The problem is that he wears a sleep sack (mainly so his legs don’t get stuck between the bars tbh lol) so he’s not stable enough to lower himself down. So earlier he fell backwards and hit is head and now we feel like we can’t just leave him to it. Typically it’s his first full day at nursery tomorrow and my first day back at work IT’S LIKE HE KNOWS!!
Please tell me someone has some tips. Currently we are quietly placing him back on his back every time but he just keeps doing it! 🤣🤡

Took 9 week old to a family party where there was loud music and she was next to the speaker for most of the time (about 3 hours). She slept through most of it. Do you think she has hearing loss from this?

Freaking out right now :(

Struggling in the 4 month regression

How are people getting out of the 4 month regression? I’ve been looking it up and it says I need to be trying to put him down drowsy but awake but this does not work for my LO. Every time we do this he ends up being wide awake and after almost an hour of trying we have to contact nap/rock to sleep. I want to avoid rocking to sleep because now when he wakes up in the night he needs to be rocked back to sleep which he never used to need.

Nights are constantly broken because we are up 2-3 times to rock him back to sleep. Please give me your tips on how to survive this and how to get out of this!! Constantly feel like I’m failing and doing something wrong
