We put half our wage into the joint & it all comes out of there. Before mat pay it was more of a 60/40 split as I earned more. Now it’s 80/20 as mat pay is shite. Either way, joint money is our money together.
Cars & personal possessions are the keeper of the cars to pay. If my OH wanted to finance a car then that’s to be paid with his ‘left over’ money from his wage. Same with petrol, clothes, shoes, etc
Any left over money from our personal banks goes into the savings (as we’re renovating a house) & left over money from the joint goes towards days out, experiences and holidays.

All household bills we split down the middle, each pay for our own car and then any extra spending we just take it turns. I prefer to be completely equal even with a large difference in wages

Any shared stuff like mortgage, bills, groceries etc we split 50/50 then pay our own cars/personal finances ourselves x

We each put a percentage of our salary into our joint account each month.

Both our salaries are paid into the joint account and most things come from there like the mortgage, bills, days out, dinners, whatever. We have various joint savings accounts too!
We have our personal accounts which we use just for our own spending money. We each get the same per month to spend as we chose. Despite a chunky salary difference!

I make a fraction of what my partner makes I only work 13 hours a week as a cleaner so he pays rent, utility bills, days out etc. I pay for the groceries and my own bills which are my car insurance, petrol and phone bill. I never have much left for myself so he will pay for me to get my hair and nails done every couple months and any other luxuries

We do the same as @Caroline
Everything goes into a joint account and then we both get the same amount of 'pocket' money into our personal accounts for the month.
All bills come out of the joint account.
We have joint and personal savings too.

We put in to a 3rd account the amount I pay less as I earn less
