Genuinely, how do I stop contact naps in the day??

I contact napped with my LG, she stopped on her own and just started settling herself

what did you do when she stopped though? Like what happened? Because I always put him to sleep on me so what did you do the day she stopped ?

I just placed her in her moses basket and she would eventually fall asleep. She wouldn't cry just fuss, try and get her fist in her mouth etc and then eventually go sleep

how old was she when she started doing this? And how would you know when to place her? And was it dark in the room? Sorry so many qs!
