I have to get infusions. I have hemolytic anemia the iron pills didn't help me sadly. I was taking them twice a day

I have iron in my prenatals but only a little percentage but I told my doctor and she prescribed me iron pills and I took them for 7 days and felt better but have them still just in case I feel like I need them

I take iron supplements every day

I just take iron pills and that kinda helps along with prenatal. My iron level dipped all the way down to a 9.2 then came up to a 11.0 just from iron pills alone 🙃

I am taking Thorne Ferrasorb, BIOTICS Research Hydro Zyme and a beef liver. It’s helped, my last blood work was normal for iron. When I take regular iron supplements I get constipated with these I haven’t.

I just started a beef organ complex vitamin and it seems to be really helping with iron and my vitamin b and D!

I take SlowFe iron supplement and cook all my meals on a cast iron skillet

They put me on iron pills almost a month ago. I believe my numbers were around nine. I take the iron pill with vitamin C. It helps absorb the iron. I went to the hematologist this week and my body is responding well to the pills. I am at 11.5 now and I do not have to do the infusions. I am going back in two weeks to make sure that my iron continues to go up. Try taking your iron pill with a vitamin C pills to help absorb it.

I’ve been on Iron pills since May but they haven’t helped, but it maintained it right at 10.4 so it’s not super low. I’m scheduled to have an iron infusion in a few weeks

The iron in my prenatal and the iron supplements have been making me vomit so I'm cooking foods with iron (like eggs) in a cast iron skillet and eating that regularly, as well as eating Larabars, which have dates and nuts in them. The nuts are a great source of iron, I think the Larabar is like 15-17% of your daily iron. And then drink orange juice with it to get vitamin C to help absorb the iron.

I take an iron supplement first thing in the morning with orange juice they don’t help if you take with water.

Iron with vitamin C. Then, prenatals, fish oil, vitamin D and beef liver caps. At night, aspirin, progesterone and magnesium. Those are all my vitamins :)

My OB recommended Floradix liquid iron+herb. You can find it on Amazon. Supposed to be easily absorbed and easy on your stomach.

I’ve always been anemic on and off throughout my life. And at about 28 weeks my OB told me to take a daily iron supplement. I always use good old fashion liquid Geritol. Lol it’s what always helped me. So I take that daily with the prenatal and a weekly Vit D I have a prescription for.

I’ve been taking vitronc since 20 weeks
