Separation anxiety
My girl is completely obsessed by me and her dad and will only stay with us. We spent 3 weeks with family abroad and have my sister who visits often and she will stay with them in the day buy if she caches a glimpse of us she will have a tantrum. I want her to understand mum and dad can leave and will come back. Any tips for this?
Shes not in nursery either in wondering if this would help too

Playing lots of peek-a-boo, and general quality time together. In my opinion, children will feel anxious if they do not get to spend enough time with their parents, it’s like if you starve yourself, your body won’t know the next time it’s going to see food again, so it’s going to hang on. And eventually she will understand that when you go, you come back, my LO used to cry when I’d disappear but now she knows. She has you, therefore she can explore the world knowing you are right beside her.
