Creative feeding positions - EBF - please help

Hi! My baby girl is 15 weeks old and she seems to only want to feed laying down now. I have to kinda drop the boob into her mouth when she is on her back and then turn her on her side. When I try any other feeding positions she will curl up and is very unhappy. However when she’s on her back she takes the boob without any problems which rules out that she isn’t hungry I guess. But I think she has a little bit of silent reflux and it’s not very practical for outside. She’s only started doing this for 2-3 days or so, and we’ve only been out to the park yesterday where she somehow didn’t mind doing cross cradle.

Has anyone else experienced this and do you have any other positions we can try?

We’ve tried cross cradle, rugby, koala, even tried latching her standing up and then sit down… it worked for a little while but re-latching seemed to be a problem… so we are back in bed lying down…

Did u try doing the cross cradle on a boppy pillow instead when u are sitting cross like the way u sit down .I am saying this because when the baby lies on the boppy pillow even if its on their back it will be easy for them to latch when we sit folding our legs .

yes I’ve tried with the pillow and she doesn’t like that either 🥲 I just don’t know anymore what else to try. Maybe I have to sit it out? Hope it’s just a phase 🤷🏼‍♀️

Is it because of the angle? I'm asking because I didn't realise my little girl had outgrown our previous feeding position that I had gotten used to. Not sure how to explain clearly without using my hands but basically she needed to have space to drink but her chin was becoming tucked in as she was now too long. Hope this makes sense and apologies if it doesn't apply to your situation! But now I know I have adjusted so her feet are further away and her head is able to reach up for the boob similar to how we have a drink in terms of angles which I knew before but didnt think to adjust. She too likes to be on her back which I don't mind as I take a pillow out with me and can flip her onto her side. Best of luck 🤞🏽

it does absilutkey make sense! I do feel it’s a bit awkward cause she’s grown bigger and longer but I just don’t quite know how to adjust it. I’ll try the feet further down tomorrow! Thank you

My LO every feed. Drs don’t seem to think it’s a problem the whole Muslim cloth gets soaked so much I’m using towels now. I’ve tried size O teats he gets really frustrated and still spills it out :(

8 week immunisations

My 8 week old has his first set of injections tomorrow and I’m abit nervous. Does anyone have any advice for after the jabs? I know they get a temp after so have got some calpol to give just before hand. Should I put him to bed in less clothing to make sure he doesn’t get too hot? Any tips from your experience with first set of immunisations? Am I worrying more than I need to? 😅

11 month old constantly standing in cot

Please tell me someone has some advice for this cause wow it’s trying. My almost 11 month old is fully on the move now and his new favourite thing is repeatedly pulling to stand in his cot. The problem is that he wears a sleep sack (mainly so his legs don’t get stuck between the bars tbh lol) so he’s not stable enough to lower himself down. So earlier he fell backwards and hit is head and now we feel like we can’t just leave him to it. Typically it’s his first full day at nursery tomorrow and my first day back at work IT’S LIKE HE KNOWS!!
Please tell me someone has some tips. Currently we are quietly placing him back on his back every time but he just keeps doing it! 🤣🤡

Took 9 week old to a family party where there was loud music and she was next to the speaker for most of the time (about 3 hours). She slept through most of it. Do you think she has hearing loss from this?

Is out of control. Her dad and I share 50/50 and when she comes to my house she is so mean. And idk what to do

Struggling in the 4 month regression

How are people getting out of the 4 month regression? I’ve been looking it up and it says I need to be trying to put him down drowsy but awake but this does not work for my LO. Every time we do this he ends up being wide awake and after almost an hour of trying we have to contact nap/rock to sleep. I want to avoid rocking to sleep because now when he wakes up in the night he needs to be rocked back to sleep which he never used to need.

Nights are constantly broken because we are up 2-3 times to rock him back to sleep. Please give me your tips on how to survive this and how to get out of this!! Constantly feel like I’m failing and doing something wrong
