I feed to sleep and really don’t want to stop as I feel like it’s a really natural way for him to fall asleep, but also without sleep training I don’t really know how to stop him from falling asleep with his last feed. However we’ve recently transitioned to bottles (still has the odd breast feed) as he basically self weaned off the breast. He has 2 teeth and im really worried about bottle rot from not brushing just before sleep, what does everyone else do when they feed to sleep? Or do I just need to stop 😬

I think the biggest cause of bottle rot is when they are sleeping the whole night with the bottle or milk pooling in their mouth. If you take the bottle away after they fall asleep I think you will have less to worry about! Just make sure you are brushing in the morning too :)
Thankyou!! That’s good to know
