I’m opening an in home daycare (not licensed) and I’m trying to figure out prices. In a couple weeks Im starting to care for 9 month old over 30 hours a week. I’m CPR and First Aid trained.
Those who run a in home daycare what would you charge? Those who send their kids to in home daycare what do you pay? Is good included or do you pack your own? I just want to be fair to myself and the family.

I think it depends on where you live. I know rates vary quite a lot by state and even different cities in the state. In our area in home seems to be less expensive than daycare centers by a decent amount. I think one in home daycare was charging around $100 a week and I'm not sure if they provided food. It might make sense to look online to get an idea of what daycare costs in your area and base it off that. Also I would say you could justify changing more if you are feeding the children.

We live in California and we provide everything and pay only $30 a day

Live in Washington and about to pay $2335 a MONTHHHHH and that’s the cheapest we could find 💀💀💀
