I know it may sound superficial but the weight I’ve gained and change in my body shape is really getting me down. I’ve had two babies in two years and I’m a good 10kg heavier now. I was really fit and super toned before my pregnancies and now I’m just flabby.
I’ve started exercising again 3 times a week, I average 20k steps a day but the weight will not go. I’m eating sensibly, healthy meals and a treat or two at the weekend. I don’t feel like I can eat any less and manage running around after a toddler, taking care of baby and doing everything for the house and doing it all on very broken sleep. Just don’t know what to do! Anyone else finding the same?
