I think so if there’s a partner around to help you! Or just ask, most stores have dedicated nursery staff x

I was able to test them without an appointment. Certain bits were chained but they removed them when I asked. They were more than happy to help

Yes but if you book an appointment you get discount off your purchase which is well worth having x

Yep totally, there’s always been loads of sales associates around that section when I’ve been in (at bluewater). They can give advice and unlock the prams and you can have a whiz around. I’d avoid going on a weekend though if possible!

same! I did this and they were fab. There’s no pressure to buy there and then and they send you a discount code so you can shop for a month or so after the apt.

I don’t think John Lewis staff are on commission so it’s a great place to go ask questions without feeling like your wasting time. Also, much less pressure!
