Mine has just ended. It was difficult 🤣 x

Me, not by choice as my son is tube fed it was the only way I felt like I could help but it is flipping hard 🤣 I've wanted to stop so many times but 13 weeks done now, I'm finding it easier now I pump 3 or 4 times a day and make around 28 to 32 oz per day I'd like a bit more as he's growing but I'm proud to still be getting it done at the start I didn't think I could manage 6 weeks x

Me! So time consuming but 12 weeks done and he’s healthy and growing! Hoping to make it to 6 months x

I exclusively pumped for 4 weeks, I gave up and went back to breastfeeding 😂 X

Exclusively pumping and enjoying it a lot more than having her on the breast. I enjoy the freedom that pumping has given me. I bought the Madela hands free double pump and it has been a game changer. Pump 4/5times and 1 formula bottle a day. TX
it really is! How did you come by the decision to end it ? Xx
that’s a really good supply well done 👏🏼 I am struggling with mine and just carrying on for my LG’s sake. Any tips to improve supply ? Xx
Great job ladies! Xxx

Thank you, I think I would have been a huuuuge oversupplier if I'd allowed it to be honest, I make just enough for him now really, I had over 100 ml of Colostrum in the freezer before I went in to be induced which I know is very lucky but I was leaking from 20 weeks pregnant.
Also because of my sons condition we were in special care for the first week and I had nothing else to do other than be with him and pump there, I have never managed 8 a day like they say though and I stopped doing night pumps really quickly which helped me regulate quite quickly.
How often do you pump? How long for? Did you breastfeed before deciding to pump? And what pump do you have? Xx

I exclusively breastfed my older four children but the youngest of the four had allergies that he reacted through breastmilk to. Under the supervision of doctors/ dieticians I eliminated from my diet. First was the wrong allergen but as it has to be 6 weeks to totally leave your milk supply by the second we were already 12 weeks in to trying. Had attmepted formula but he woukdnt take it! He was failure to thrive and too unstable to wean so was delayed. He then had a new food every 5 days but often reacted to these too. He was then tried back on a normal diet at about 2 years old but it didn't go well! He cut himself down to 10 foods. He still isn't amazing , he's 9. He's had to see a clinical psychologist to try and get him to eat so with baby no.5 planned on her having expressed breast milk. She was also prem so best decision but we are once again entering the allergy road so for my own sanity she is on prescribed formula x

My LO never latched and I always knew I wanted feeding to be a shared responsibility between me and my husband and the grandparents soo I exclusively pumped using Madela at first to get my supply going and then elvie double pumps. I pumped for 10-12 weeks and stopped recently. I had anxiety everytine I pumped for some reason; apparently it’s a thing and it wasn’t fun at all. But I wanted to breast feed until at least his first vaccinations. I cut down by doing every 4 hours and then reduced to 5 hours then 6 then 7 and soo on day by day after the 9 week mark and managed to get to once a day then my milk just stopped but painlessly! I’m so relieved now
thanks for sharing x
I pump 6-7times for 30-40mins. I have the Medela freestyle. I tried breastfeeding when my LO was born but due to her birth weight she was tiring herself out trying to feed, which in turn made her lose more weight than average. Xxx

Would you like to message my profile so we can have a chat my son has similar issues with his weight and there are a few things that I was told when we were in hospital about supply etc that might help a bit xxx
I have done 😊 xx
