Hi all just want to kask if anyone is on the same boat right now.
My little boy is going to be 4month this month.
All has been fine just now few days he is struggling to follow is routine. Today is second day that he doesn't want to go sleep he fights his sleep. Take him long until he fall asleep.
I don't know if it's the heat or sleep regression
Yesterday he fall asleep at 11pm and he was awake since 7.30pm
My partner is from Monday on nights. I will be here on my own don't know how to cope with this.
I don't know whats really going on as he was good with sleeping now is so hard to put him down
Anyone any tips ?

Now still no sleeping he is awake since 6.45

Rather than following his routine that you’ve set, why don’t you try following his cues?
We’re similar age and find that he only goes to sleep in the sling and we contact nap for longer naps (and for cuddles).

I do follow him I even let him to get tired but still he doesn't want to go sleep

I think it's the heat as my little girl is the same. Gets super fussy and takes forever to get to sleep. I'm hoping once it cools off they will eventually begin to settle again as we were just starting to get into a routine

yh my boy is the same
Hope it will cool down soon. As the heat is too much.

The heat will impact his sleep, but continue with your usual routine.
It is normal for babies to wake through the night, it protects them from SIDs. 11pm-7.30am is a long sleep window for one so young.
Following his routine is better than putting one in yourself. Let him sleep/nap when he needs instead of waking him and stipulating a time for sleep ensures their sleep cycles are more natural and will prevent sleep issues later in life.

thank you very much.
