My daughter all the sudden got really picky with what she ate and recently learned the word “no”. I’m only able to feed her yogurt, Mac and cheese and a few other random things. She won’t have a full meal like she used to. Is this normal? Also some suggestions on what to feed her would be helpful

It happened to me as well… my lo will not eat…. Just the “good stuff”… I am hoping this is a phase

My Dad told me to let them go hungry, and Hopefully they'll eat whatever is in front of them.
We've been implementing this to a degree. If Baby is picky at lunch, he'll get milk and little little bites of what im eating. By Dinner he'll eat all His food.

My kiddo used to eat Dr. Preggers anything and avocado now he won’t eat anything green. He gets chicken nuggets and Mac and cheese constantly but at least it’s protein

It's happening to me too. There's a meal he will barely touch but he'll be fine with another later in the day. Try cutting up veggies(my LO & older boy love spinach or bell peppers) and a bit of extra cheese in the Mac n cheese

My lo is starting to reject foods that he use to really love. If it’s something that is picked up with his hand, I try to use a fork or spoon instead. Or if it’s something that we normally use a fork or spoon with, I try letting him use his hands (unless it’s liquid). It works like 25% of the time. If he lets me feed him and he spits it out, I just put it aside. If he won’t even open his mouth, I try giving him something else and try the rejected item mid-meal.
